Welcome to Yale University and the City of New Haven! Yale Off Campus Housing Service is a key resource for your housing search and has been designed to help ease your move into the exciting and diverse City of New Haven and its surrounding areas. Many local landlords and home sellers advertise their properties with our service. The database information includes properties for rent or sale, finding a roommate, maps of New Haven and the Yale Campus, and links to additional resources and information.

Rental listings include long term (more than six months) short term, sublets and shares (tenants looking for roommates).

View available properties for rent or sale at Search Listings by logging in with your Yale Net ID. Registration for temporary acesss is available for those who do not yet have their Yale Net ID. Assistance is available by reviewing the links to the User Guides listed below.

Sign up to advertise your rental or sale property below at Add or Manage a Listing. A fee of $45.00 for a 45 day advertisement is required. On-line payment is available through MasterCard or Visa. A discount is available for students with a valid Yale ID advertising a summer sublet opportunity. A coupon code can be obtained from the Off Campus Housing office for online payments. Listing renewals are possible at the end of each time period.
