Yale has many other housing options available:

Individuals looking for short-term housing can access the Off Campus Housing Listing Service to find accommodations. On the search page, select Term: = Short Term or Summer Sublet or Other Sublet. A second option is a local hotel or Bed & Breakfast.

Faculty and Staff of Yale University can search the Off Campus Housing Listing Service for available apartments and houses in the local area. Human Resources can also share more information about the Yale Homebuyer Program or the Commuter Benefits Program.

Visiting Researchers and Hospital Residents can contact the Graduate Dormitory Housing Office at grad.dorms@yale.edu. When there is a vacant dormitory room available, occasional exceptions can be made to assist individuals for a short period of time, depending on the time of the year and the anticipated length of stay.
